3. Service Scheduling and Availability

We strive to accommodate the scheduling needs of our clients. However, service dates and times are subject to availability. Clients should provide at least 48 hours notice for any scheduling changes or cancellations.

4. Payment Terms

• Pricing: All prices are quoted based on the scope of work as assessed by our team.
• Payment Schedule: A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of services.
• Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.
• Late Payments: A late fee of 5% per month may be applied to overdue balances.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel services up to 24 hours before the scheduled date without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee equivalent to 25% of the total service cost.
• Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to our availability.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Preparation: Clients should ensure that all vehicles are removed from the driveway before service commencement.
• Notification: Inform us of any specific areas requiring special attention or any sensitive materials present.

9. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms outlined herein. In such cases, the terminating party must provide a detailed explanation of the breach.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays or failures to perform services due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseen events.

16. Independent Contractor Status

Our relationship with clients is that of an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions creates a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and the service provider, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.
